下载版本后，先升级application，再下载BOOT，升级boot。然后重启，下载版本，再升级kernel，最后重启
WTCTN V6.00.00(2.1.0)（含）版本：
下载版本后，先升级application、再升级kernel（不需要重启以及下载版本），再下载BOOT，升级boot，最后重启
